MakeEmSmile is a party game: a friend tries to make the player smile within one minute while the phone's camera watches the player's face.
What the app uses
- Camera. Used only while the app is open, to measure facial expressions (smiling, raised eyebrows, yawning and similar) during a round.
- Player names. Names typed in for the scoreboard stay on the phone.
What happens to your data
- All face analysis happens on the phone. Camera images and face measurements are never uploaded, sent to us, or shared with anyone by the app.
- The app does not record video or save photos. A single still frame from the end of a round is kept in memory to show on the results screen and is discarded when the next round starts or the app closes.
- If you tap Share, the app creates a result picture (including that frame) and hands it to the app you choose, such as a messenger. What happens after that is up to you and that app.
- The app stores only small game settings on the phone: the best time with its player name, which camera you prefer, and which joke was shown last. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
- No accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no data is sold or shared.
Children
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
